The loop, in one breath
A VPS bot checks each tracked upstream repo every 6 hours, one at a time. If it changed, the bot clones fresh, strips .git, and pushes the file diff. GitHub Actions runs the same idea daily at 02:00 UTC as a backup. The catalogs below are the map. The folders are the copies.
