Privacy
Plug and Ship (“we”, “us”) runs plugandship.dev, a directory of open-source AI-agent add-ons. This policy explains what we collect and why. We keep it minimal.
What we collect
- Email addresses you give us when you submit a tool, subscribe to the Weekly, book a sponsorship or start a checkout — used only to deliver that service and related transactional messages.
- Submission and sponsor content (tool name, URL, tagline, logo, headline) — published on the site as you provided it.
- Upvotes — stored against a one-way hash derived from a random browser cookie and your IP address, solely to prevent duplicate votes. We never store raw IPs.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we receive the payment status and the email you used.
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability.
Public data
Directory entries are built from public GitHub repositories and the official MCP Registry (name, description, stars, README excerpts, owner handle). If you maintain a listed project and want it changed or removed, email hello@plugandship.dev.
Processors
Vercel (hosting, file storage), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments). Each processes data only on our behalf.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the Weekly with one click, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@plugandship.dev. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie to remember your upvotes. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new “updated” date.
