Multi-stack AI-assisted SDLC pipelines built on the Stack Provider Pattern: a single core orchestrator runs the pipeline, framework plugins register themselves via declarative stack.md profiles. No core overrides, no slot registries, no copy-paste between stacks.
v2.0.0 — 27 marketplace entries: 24 local (1 core + 5 shared libs + 7 JS/TS stacks + 4 PHP/Laravel/Symfony stacks + 3 Java/.NET stacks + 4 Python stacks) plus 3 optional external.
What is new in 2.0.0, and why each one is a breaking change:
- Measured telemetry — per-phase cost and tokens are now read from each subagent's own transcript by hooks, not estimated at
chars / 4._telemetry.jsonchanges shape, anddocs/cost-baseline.mdbecomes populatable for the first time. - Resuming a run — the run marker becomes a state file, and
/sdlc:start --resumecontinues a crashed or compacted run at the phase it reached instead of paying for it twice. - Parallel phases — QA and security run as one step.
Phase N/totalnow counts pipeline steps, so both members share anN, and workflow recipes gain aparallelconstruct. - Security is report-only —
security-analysthas noEdittool. Critical and High findings are applied by the development architect in a fix pass, then re-verified by QA. - Run-scoped guards — three hooks that deny staged secrets,
--no-verify, and mid-run edits to tooling config, all inert outside a pipeline run. - Agent frontmatter —
skills:,maxTurns:andmemory: projectacross every agent, and theSkilltool is now actually in their allowlists, which it never was.
Git-flow aware: the pipeline detects your branching model and your existing naming convention, classifies the task type, proposes a branch, and targets the PR at the right base — see Git Flow Awareness. Cost-optimized: model tiering + effort per-subagent, two-tier development phase (Opus plans, Sonnet implements), enforced workflow cost caps, file-scoped format hooks, shared architect conventions, per-aspect QA fan-out on full-stack runs. See MODEL-ROUTING.md for the routing audit behind the cost model, and CHANGELOG.md for the full upgrade notes.
